Isolator device made with a sterile and hermetically sealed work area in negative pressure, designed to guarantee a high level of personal protection from biological risk or treatment of dusts dangerous to humans. Transportable hood, suitable for preparations in laboratories and pharmacies, mobile vehicles. It can be housed on any existing bench or placed on a special floor stand.

The air entering from the roof of the hood passes through a pre-filter and an absolute Hepa H14 filter, then it invests purified the work chamber creating an ISO5 zone (according to the UNI-EN-ISO14644-1 standards), it is then sucked by the perforated stainless steel work surfaces and then totally expelled by the fan after purification through an ULPA filter located in the internal compartment - filter holder and motor - of the equipment.

On the left side of the machine there is the material pass box, with n.1 front door for the introduction of materials from the outside towards the pre-transit chamber in depression; the ambient air entering during the opening of the door is purified by a HEPA filter positioned in the ceiling before being expelled outside; a second door with a watertight seal, inside the machine, separates the material pass box from the work chamber. The fan will increase its rotation speed when the door of the external material pass box opens, and will return to its automatically controlled speed when it closes.

The two doors described above are interlocked to avoid simultaneous opening and the risk of contamination.

The air flow is kept constant by the electronic board, equipped with appropriate alarms, which has self-regulation of the flow rate of the air treated in the hood by means of detections from the installed anemometric probe.

The operator can safely handle the products positioned in the work area using the bellows latex gloves positioned and fixed, by means of flanges, on the inclined front glass of the hood. Excellent view of the inside of the work chamber.
